No hud, no stats from table

Hi, new user to PT.

Importing Hands seems to be alright now. Table tracker is working, too.

But the most important thing : there is no hud or even a "livetracker window" with stats from the table i am playing at (stars).

What to do know?

Thanks for your post.

1. Make sure you have hands being imported. --- o.k.
2. Your poker client must be installed in English. --- o.k.

3. On the Configure HUD / HUD Options:
Check the Filters section: Disable "Show stats for current limit only" (This does not work in Build 2). ---o.k.
Set "Minimum Hands Required" low. Note: if you are using multiple databases, the minimum hands must be in BOTH database individually, not combined. --- set on 1; only 1 database

On the Group tab make sure the Translucency setting is not on Clear. ---o.k.
Make sure the correct database is selected. Also, try selecting just one database - there can be trouble selecting multiple databases, this bug was fixed for Build 2, but still seems to be causing trouble, so worth trying if all the above won't work.
If none of the above solve your problem, please try the latest beta (at the time of writing this is beta 13). ---i tried 3.00 beta 14 and 3.00 build 2, both with and without PostgreSQL

Just to check, do you have the 'start automatically' option set for the HUD on the auto import window?
Does the button say "Stop HUD", which indicates the HUD is running?
Do you see the PT-icon on your tables?

If you're still having problems, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first) to the
Support system , and link to this thread.

I cant see any Poker Tracker HUD.log files - i send you two files from the folder Logs and a Poker Tracker txt-document. I hope it will help you.

The log files are not in the logs folder, they are in the main PT3 folder.
You may not have a PokerTrackerHUD.log file if the HUD is not able to start, so just the PokerTracker.log file will do - note that if you have file extensions turned off this will be called "PokerTracker (text document)".

Additional there is: "libeay32.dll", "PokerTracker", "Poker Tracker" (txt.document), "PokerTracker.exe.manifest", "PokerTrackerHud", "ssleay32.dll" and "uninstall".

Where to look for the log files?
