unable to find files

i am trying to use poker tracker for pokerstars. it says it is importing the files, I logged on to pokerstars to make sure my hand history is being saved to a file and it is for sure. I open up poker tracker and the file does not appear. how do i get my hand history to transfer into poker tracker so that i can begin using the program that i paid for. any and all help is appreciated. thank you

After you have imported some hands you need to click the "Refresh" button on the Texas Holdem tab.
