name not in HELP!!

under the texas holdem tab in poker tracker my site name does not appear. I click on settings and am not allowed to input my name. why is this and what can i do? i think this may be why none of my hand histories are transforing in to poker tracker.

Once you have imported some hands and refreshed the window, the player list should appear. Once your name is in this list (you will have to actually play some hands, not just observe) you can use the Settings button to set your player name.
