Access Violation Errors build 14 with Poker Stars Files

I am using PT3 build 14. When I use auto import for my hands, the program seems to work fine when I use it the first time in a day. When it is used the second time, I get access violation errors. For example:

I frequently use a filter that lets me see hands for that day only. The hands themselves are recorded in the sessions hands window that is seen if you click on the sessions tab near the top of the screen. But the table information is not recorded in the Sessions window either by time or by table. I have tried refreshing the screen at various points in the process with no effect. The only fix for the problem (this has occurred at least twice) has been to create a new database and reimport all hands. While this does work, I don't want to repeat this every time I play more than once a day. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a dual (or quad) core processor?
If you can reproduce this Access violation error, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file (zip/compress them first) to the
Support system , and link to this thread.

Do you have the 'today' filter on while importing? Have you tried it with the filter off? (This shouldn't make any difference, but worth a try).

If you click "Clear" to remove the filters does that help?
Do the tables/sessions appear after you restart PT3?
Do you have any aliases set up?

Hi.

Thanks for the reply. I don't have a dual or quad processor. There was no change after reloading Poker Tracker. I do not have any aliases. Turning the filters on and off does not help. I happen to have logging on at the time and will start a ticket with support and reference this link.
