problems pt3 in ongame

I have been playing in OnGame few days and I noticed that there are many hands that does not include the pt3. there is any way to fix it? a patch or something? Thanks

How do you know hands aren't importing?
Are errors being reported in the auto import window, or are you missing hands that you know you played?

What version of PT3 are you using?
If it's not Beta 14, please try that.

Otherwise, please attach a few hand histories for hands that don't import to our Support system , and link to this thread.

Ah, OnGame has a database, doesn't it, not HH files..?
If you have a session where you know how many hands you played, please zip and attach the HH db file.

I have the beta 14 and not showing any error in the window import.only is that when I have a session, the difference between the results of pokertracker and the room is very large

After the session has finished, and you stop the auto import, try a manual import on the db file to see if any more hands are imported.
