inaccurate CBET stats for hero?? (and villains??)

How is the cbet stat determined in pt3? I've loaded yesterdays short 1100 hand session into pt2 and pt3. According to pt3, my cbet percentage is 88.89% According to pt2, my first action after a pf raise is a bet 71.1% of the time, and it is a raise 6.67% of the time. I decided to check because 89% seemed a bit high.

What's going on here? It doesn't get more basic or crucial than cbet statistics, and one of them seems to be inaccurate.

PT3 defines C-Bet values as the percentage of times you c-bet out of the times you have the chance to c-bet. I think PT2 counts it as the times you bet out of all times you made the PF raise - this will include times you don't get chance to c-bet because someone bet into you.
so 88.89% is 8/9 times you c-bet when you had the chance.
In PT3 you can filter to the times you made a c-bet, or the times you had the chance to c-bet. Try it, and see if it shows the correct hands.
