New Hands Imported as Duplicates

PT3 was working fine with FTP, but now it will not import any new hands. It finds the files to monitor and loads the hand history file fine. But as each hand is finished being played, the Duplicates number increases and no Hand is imported.
I checked the text file and all the hands are intact.

Sounds like you have some old hand history files in the HH folder.
Close FTP down.
Do a MANUAL import of the "Hand History" folder and subfolders, then when it's finished move all of the HH files to your processed folder manually.
Then restart FTP and auto import.
