Problems.......

I'm running Beta 14. I play 4 tables 6 max on stars today. For some reason on one of my tables out of the 4, poker tracker updated 9 hands and then completely stopped importing hands for that table, although it continued to update the other 3 tables. Where those hands went I have no clue whatsoever. They are not even showing up in my database. I bought this program on release date and have had to use my PT2 ever since, because every beta since then has had hud problems for me.

So the hands didn't even import? Did you get any errors in the auto import window?

Were the hand history files created for that session?
Is there a file for that table?
Does it include the hands played after PT3 stopped importing them?

You may need to look in the 'move processed files to' folder to find the HH files.

The hand history file ended up being in the processed file folder and I had to manually import it to get it into my database.
And no there was no error messages or anything like that. The hud continued to run on the table as well, just after 9 hands though it kind of got stuck there and didn't import for that particular table any more for some reason.
