Some hands not being analysed

Hi,

I'm currently running the trial version of PT3. Worked fine for the first 11,000 hands but am having an issue with a further 4000 hands. They're definitly in the database as I can see them being imported and under the graphs and summary tabs 15000 hands are mentioned. However in the general, sessions and winnings tabs only 11000 hands are analysed. Any idea what the issue here might be? No filters are active.

What version of PT3 are you running? Build 2/Beta 14?

Do you have an alias set?
I assume you've restarted PT3?
What site(s) are the hands from?

Hi,

Am running build 2. Not sure what an alias would be, I only have one poker account, sorry for being ignorant! All hands are from full limit hold em games at pokerstars.

OK, if you only have one poker account then don't worry about the alias thing.
Firstly, please update to beta 15, and see if you still have the same problem.
Download and install PT3.
Please read the Beta 15 release notes first.

Hi, I've installed beta 15 now but the problem still persists. Would some screenshots help?

Have you imported any more hands since?
Do they show up?

Yes, I've continued to import hands which show up on the "hands","positions" and "graph" tabs just not on the other tabs. The HUD works fine too.

I have made Josh aware of this issue, but a ticket will mean that it won't get missed.
