Please follow the directions in the Beta 15 release notes first. This will help us fix it - if you just revert straight to the previous version we won't be able to work out what the problem is for you and get it fixed.

You should be able to redownload previous versions by changing 15 to 14 in the download link.

Beta 15 has given me a new trial period of 60 days. Maybe this is supposed to be like this? Don't want you to be out of pocket if it isn't. Keep up the hard work, mine seems to be working OK.

I am very disappointed in this release. First I don't think you spent any time testing it and just released it, my only positive comment would be that it isn't crashing as often. Otherwise it is unusable. At this point if you want to figure out what is wrong with it, put it on your own system and open 10 tournaments on Stars. Collect your own data, shouldn't take you longer then 20 minutes. I am sorry I purchased it and didn't just use the free beta program until the kinks were worked out.

I've had over 20 PokerStars tables open on my computer with no lag and absolutely no problems. So this issue isn't as simple as you may think. Please follow the directions in the Beta 15 post. The more information and data you can give us, the easier my job will be.

i echo what josh says in his post; i've had 20 stars hud's and 60 full-tilt huds (networked over 5 pc's) on beta 15 into one postgres 8.3 3GB dataset cluster, no probs, no lags, no crashes; so effectively i have done as you say and put in "my own system" which seems to be more stable than yours...

however, it's not about bragging rights here, it's about trying to sort your problems out.

perhaps it's something to do with your setup and configuration?

if you tell us a bit more about that, maybe we can try and help you...
