Other players won money statistics are not saved...

I'm not sure if this is a problem in program or I can't use PT3 correctly. However, it seems that tournament statistics of other players are not percectly saved. Any other players won money are not saved in statistics. Do I have to record all those manually, is this a problem in program or can't I use program right.

Please, if someone knows how to solve my problem, come forward.
