Issues with the General statistics and Sessions stats

Postby Lawy » Thu Jul 24, 2008 3:48 am

Hi,

I just began to use PT3 and I have some issues with the general stats and sessions stats. For some players (included me) I can't see the Player Summary menu, I just see some errors like that :

Anyone can tell me what is wrong?

Thanks for your help

What version of PT3 are you using? Build 2 or Beta 15?
How did you import the hands, are they old HH or newly played or observed hands?
What sites?

Please try using the "Filters" to isolate different limits / dates / etc. to see if you can get your stats to show - this would indicate that there is a problem with one or more imported hands, and then we can work out why.

I am using PT3 build 2.

I tried some filters and it seems to fail because I have a filter called (6 max) with no numbers before. When I am not using it, it seems to work, thanks

Ah, OK, that would explain it.

I would recommend updating to Beta 15 and re-importing your hands.
1. If you still have all the original hand histories in the 'move processed files to' folder, great,
1a. if not.... you will need to Export your hands from PT3. Database -> Database Management, select your DB, click Export and save them to an empty folder somewhere - note where this is.

2. If you have a registered copy of PT3, create a new database (DB Management again, click New), and set it to Active and Default.
2a. if not... you will need to Purge your database to empty it (again, DB Management). MAKE SURE THE EXPORT WORKED BEFORE YOU DO THIS, as you can't get your hands back afterwards.

3. Once you have your empty database, use Manual Import to import the HH files prepared in 1/1a.

Download and install PT3.
Please read the Beta 15 release notes first.
