New Version is not Importing

I see this error when I try to import:

Can you please show me exactly where this issues is addressed because I cannot seem to find it. I shelled out money for PT3 right away assuming it was going to work fine and so far it has been nothing but a piece of crap. I'm hoping you can guys fix this thing for me.

Sorry, you're right - it's not exactly the same error as the one I thought it was.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log to the
Support system , and link to this thread.
