Not able to see my stats while playing

i just encountered a bug i havent experienced before. I couldnt update my todays Cashgames stats while the import was running. It always said something about "Query" in red color and no stats showed up. Only after i finished playing, i was able to refresh and see my stats. I had login enabled, so i will send u guys my log.files in a minute. This is on ipoker 6max, 7 tables, windows vista.

I am not able to see my states as well when I play cashgame, but I can see it while playing tournaments?!. I play at Pstars and FT, 4 tables, full ring.

What version of PT3 are you using? Build 2 or Beta 15?
Have you read the PT3 HUD FAQ

Beta 15, Yes I did read the FAQ. There is a problem with the states also. I was playing a tournament and I just play around 15 hands in Pstars full ring. It suddenly jumps to 9971 hands?!

So you're seeing stats now?
There seems to be an issue with sometimes getting lifetime own-stats in Beta 15 - this is being investigated, but don't let that stop you..
Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first) to the
Support system , and link to this thread.
