Poker tracker prevents another application from starting

Ever since I installed build 15, Pokertracker prevents another application (Iseries access - an As400 client) - from executing. When I click on the other application, nothing appears to happen. But as soon as I exit Pokertracker, the application loads for however many times I'd clicked on it. If I load the other application before starting Pokertracker, it loads fine and runs fine even after loading pokertracker. In fact I can continue to load multiple instances of the application then.

PT or postgres must be holding a lock on a resource (normally folder or registry key) the other app needs to get going...
