trying to run a simple report

i'm trying to run a simple report, hands and vp$ip only, getting a fatal error message , ...aggregates not allowed in WHERE clause...
any ideas what to do?

What section are you using? Player Statistics?
Try adding the Player Name stat too - the problem could be that it's trying to do stats over all players..

I've just tried this under both Cash and Tournaments / Reports tabs, and just the 2 fields you mention works fine.
What version of PT3 are you using? If it's not Beta 15, please try updating.
Download and install PT3.
Please read the Beta 15 release notes first.

running PT3, build 15, player statistics. the built in fish list sample seems to work, if i change the numbers, values etc i get this error message

So you've done this by removing things from the fish list sample?
Did you remove stats down to just those 2?
What "numbers, values etc" did you change?

i removed everything but hands and vpip, changed vpip to 30 and saved

Please add the Player Name stat back in as I suggested above.
I think this is because you are filtering players out based on their stats, but then because you aren't including the player in the report it's trying to merge all the stats back together, which doesn't work. (sorry, I can't really explain it better than that because I don't know the technical reason..)
