PStars Rebuy Tourney Import Error

The rebuys and Add ons in my rebuy tournaments aren't being collected in PT. i.e. I palyed a 3.00 rebuy, paid entry, 1 rebuy & 1 add on. Plus 0.30 in fees. Toyal in - $9.30

After importing history total buy in is 3.00 and rake is 0.00.

Using 7/20 build.

You imported the emailed tournament summary, did you?
If so, and it didn't include all the rebuy amounts please attach the HH file(s) and the summary file you imported to the Support system , and link to this thread.

Yes, the only way I know to get results loaded for PS tourney's is get an email and save it into a text file.

I see the HH file is broken into 3 files, and they're incomplete. This was probably the night PT fatally quit 3-4 times during a tournament. So this is probably just related to PT3 stability rather than import errors.

But I will continue to monitor.

Maybe, but if Stars kept running all the time, then the hand histories wouldn't be affected.
Does the summary file contain the correct buyin/rebuy info?

The timestamp gap is probably from when PT3 moved the file when it was restarted because the hands are sequential.

Looks like the problem is an import error after all. I submitted the files in that support link.
