Cant auto import from Full Tilt?!

I just opened a full tilt account and the hands are not auto importing, played or observed. Under "Auto" it has a check mark and says it's "running" but nothing is importing and there's no HUD. It is working just fine on Poker Stars. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have Full Tilt writing hand histories?
Have you configured PT3 to import from the correct folder? ("Hand History", not "Hand History\<player>")
