Import-Problem from PT 2 to PT 3 (other Laptop)

Hello together,

I have a big problem and I hope than anyone can help me.

I have Poker Tracker 2 on my old laptop. Last week I bought a new Laptop and bought the new version of Poker Tracker (3),
First I export all tournament-histories and hand-histories from Poker Tracker 2 and wanted to Import then all Datas (all .txt-files)
into Poker Tracker 3 on my new laptop. The good news is, that the summary of Tournaments are the same as Poker Tracker 2
at my old laptop. Unfortunately many tournament results are not safed in Poker Tracker 3. In fact 30 % of the results stand
Finish Position 0.

Then i write to Pokerstars and describe my problem and said, that they please should send me the last 1250 tournaments
(HU, SNGS, MTT''s) via .txt-files. The problem is, that they send me 3 files and splittet this in HU-Tourneys, SNG-Tourneys and
MTT-Tourneys and the files are no .txt-files, they are .mht-files which opened in the Internet Explorer.

My Question: How can i import the .mht-files into .txt-files or is it possible that I import the .mht-files directly?

Many thanks in advance for all help. I started my statistics in January this year and it would be very bad if all statistics are lost.
Pokerstars said that people in this forum know how i can import files from this -files-typ.

No, you can't import the .mht files directly, you will need to pull out the plain text of the hand histories and save it in plain text files.

thank you for your answer, but I don't understand what u mean with "pull out the plain"... Do you mean that I have to marking the complete line(s) of the .mht-files and then I have to include this into .txt-files, save this and import this new .txt-files into PT 3 or what do u mean directly.

And is it possible hat I only marking a part of the list-stats or must I marking all lines?

The problem is still here right now. Pokerstars sent me Mail with 3 enclosured .mht-files.
I opened this at C:\Users\Johannes\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\2YGFDX52\TOURNEYS Sayoboy.mht (Internet Explorer)

I marked the lines from 01.01.2008 - 27.07.2008 and copy this in the editor and then I saved the lines in a .txt-file. After this I try to Import this in Pokertracker 3 but they give me the following information:

I don't know what I have to do. I make all how you describe me and what I write in this message. Can I send you the .txt-files and you show what I had copied wrong? Or can I send you the .mht-files and you save this for me in .txt-files and send it back... It was very immediately because I go on holiday on Friday and want to finished before.

Please help me...

Just a thought - are the hand histories in these files in English? PT3 can only understand English hand histories.
If they are, please zip/compress them and attach them to a ticket on the Support system , and link to this thread.
