Error importing hands from Full Tilt

Postby DrSues02 » Mon Jul 28, 2008 10:22 pm

I'm getting a weird message when trying to import hands from Full tilt.

Full Tilt: Unable to import hand (#7304477484). Reason: Unable to execute query: COPY holdem_hand_player_statistics FROM STDIN;; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR: index "hhps:idx4-date_played" contains unexpected zero page at block 0 HINT: Please REINDEX it. CONTEXT: COPY holdem_hand_player_statistics, line 1: "81452 6661 6661 0 1 13597 2008/07/20 21:50:16 1 f t 0 f 0 f t f f f 0 f 0 f f f f f 0 f 0 f f f f f ..." )

Any ideas?

I tried to follow the directions and did not get anywhere.

The only file I had under start - PostGres was a file called postgresql.conf

I went to the very bottom of the text file and copied and pasted the required text. Do I need a # sign in front of it or need to put in in quotes? I just put it on an empty line in the text file.

Saved the document, reloaded the configuration, then tried to run the auto-import again with pokertracker. Got the same error message.

No, don't include a # - that comments out the line, just add the plain text.

Have you got a registered copy of PT3?
If so, please try creating a new database and import a few hands, just to confirm that the problem is in that original database.

Yep, I just tried creating a new database and it seems to be importing the hands correctly.

I have logged the file and am sending them over the support as well.

This is obviously very frustrating.
