Help please!!! Pokerstars

Hi, i just downloaded the trial, trying to use it for PS.
i got it all set up, and i just opened PT3,
and i just cant get stats to come.
and when i go to define my username,
all it shows its fulltilt usernames,
what am i doing wrong,
can someone PLEASE help!!
