Hand Count Numbers Appear To Be Off

Postby DoktorBS » Tue Jul 29, 2008 8:36 pm

With no filters or any limitations on, shouldn't these two numbers be the same?

1) General Tab -> Total # of hands played (at the bottom left-hand side of the screen)

2) Hands Tab -> Display: Final Hands -> Total of 'Times' for all hands

These two numbers are off by over 26% for me.

Is this for you, or other players?
It is possible for the numbers to be different if there is missing hole card info, but it shouldn't be that far apart.
If you look at stats by level, is there any one level where things are wrong?

What does the 'known starting hands' total times say?

These stats are strictly for me.

Also, there shouldn't be any missing hole cards (or very minimally at the most), as I used the exact same directory of hand histories/summaries to populate both PT2 & PT3.

I'll have to check on the levels tonight to see if I can narrow it down. Although first I'll have to fix my PT2 now. I started doing a fresh import when I went to bad last night and woke up with error after error. Didn't have time to look into it at all though.

No, I agree there shouldn't be many missing hole cards - that's why I wanted to check it was for you.

Give us as much info as possible, and feel free to create a ticket on the Support system and attach the zipped/compressed hand histories so we can try to replicate it.

Apparently there was a new version of pokerstars software released which seems to be causing some people some problems, although I've just tried it and it's working fine for me.
Someone else mentioned having to resize tables to get it to work - I have default size tables and it's working for me.
