Working yday, today nothing

Ok i woke up after my first day using this software, where i had the HUD working and found it REALLY useful. I loaded it up this morning and clicked begin auto import, the first time i did it, it filtered through loads of hands but i got nothing on the HUD. I closed the program laoded it back up and now it finds 0 hands and the import does not do a thing.

I have looked in my hand history folder for pokerstars and there is nothing in there, i am looking in the right section, there is now an Argois folder which again has nothing in it. I have checked with pokerstars that it is saving hand histories in the correct folder, but nothing, i repeat nothing is being saved there.

Can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong, is it the new pokerstars update?? Am i clicking the wrong button to start the HUD and hand imports off? It sais they are running but no hands are going through.

this is the exact same problem I've been having.

Stars support suggested that I download the patch in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=4493

also, make sure that you are running Stars as an administrator, otherwise the HH will not save to your computer.

That patch is for PT2.
Are you actually playing? Stars only writes hand histories for tables you're playing at. And you definitely have it set to write hand histories to file, do you?
PT won't be able to import unless Stars is writing the HH files.

yay, fixed it, its simply that i was not running okerstars as administrator:@ the new update must of screwed it up.......... all good now tho

It sounds like Stars released 2 new versions today, so make sure that you stop and restart it to make sure you have the correct new version, and that you are running as administrator - this seems to have been reset for some people.
