PT not importing nor refresing HUD

Hi

I do not speak english perfectly, so there might be some mistakes i my post

I play at Everest, if it has anything to say..

When I start up PT and begin to import hands the HUD shows on the Everest tables. So far so good. But after a short time (5-10 minuts) it seems that PT doesn't import hands anymore and the HUD is not refreshed anymore even though severel hands have been played and new players has arrived to the table.

Sometimes I can close PT, but it still runs in the background, so i will have du close it there before I can start it again. Other times PT doesn't respond at all, and i will have to close the program from the Job-list(do not know if it is the right name, because I have danish XP. It apperes when I press crtl+alt+delete)

What can i do to fix this, so that PT keeps importing hands and refreshing my HUD?
