pt3 crashes 15 sec into startup

i play on full tilt and if i have my tables up and running and then open up pt3 it will crash as soon as i try to set a filter or if i dont set the filter it will crash 15-20 sec into opening. previously when pt3 hud was working, my stats did not display most of the time and flashed for a few moments then disappear. also when i click on the stats for villians sometimes the headings will only pop up and not the stats that go with them so i just have words with black where the numbers should be. the db works fine when i have no tables open and it does not crash, but as soon as FTP is opened it crashes

also the filter function does not work as asked. when i query for draws such as openended straight draws on the flop, where i know there were at least 5 for that session, i get a zero return.

Are you using Beta 15?
If not, please try it:
Download and install PT3.
Please read the Beta 15 release notes first.

If you have a reproducable problem with the filters in B15, please attach the hand histories for the hands which are wrong (or the whole session) to the Support system , and link to this thread.

i installed the build 15 from your site and it still crashes and gives an error with a hex number
