There is an issue with importing from large exported HH files, or from large numbers of files at once.
Try breaking the import up into sections and see if that improves the speed until we can get this fixed.

I tried again ths again using 190 files with 500 hh's in each file the speed started at approx 7.5 h/s and is now running at 4.7 h/s and dropping fast ? any other advice ?

I never had this problem with the previous beta, I have already tried going back to version 2

And did you see the same sort of speed in Build 2?
The only thing I can suggest is to create and submit a log file so that we can investigate.

I contacted the support directly, here is the response for everyone with the same problem:

Thank you for contacting PokerTracker support.

We are aware of this issue and we are working to get it resolved for a future release.

At this time there is unfortunately no resolution other than to recommend that you split the hands up into multiple smaller files manually. You can do this using Notepad (Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> Notepad), and copy/paste.

We do hope that this issue will be resolved in the near future, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Best Regards,

Joel
