Since the new version came out last week or so and I have downloaded it, I have had a range of problems mainly based off importing hand problems. Ussually does not import, but if it does will only record one hand and stops or records a hand every once in a while. It also never has my stats shown as it used to. And doesn't update when new players enter or leave table. Even after hitting reset button in icon. And has been getting worse gradually since downloading latest version. I am going to dowload the older version so at least hopefully it will go back to working the way it was before. Has anyone else had this new range of problems since new version?

What site are you playing at?

Otherwise, Please follow the steps in the Beta 15 release notes to submit a support ticket.

I play at stars, I downloaded the older version also downloaded the patch still no help. My other poker software is not working also. Might be somthing along the lines of like the other post stated since the update my files are no longer being sent to the requested folded have contacted stars support. They said they would look into it have heard nothing back yet.

Have you re-enabled 'run as admin' and 'write HH to file' as explained in the link I gave?
