Click to start PT3 and keeps saying already running

But it is not running and is not minimized anywhere even on the icons on bottom right of task bar. This has never happened b4. Any ideas because I have trid to open it for over 30 minutes now and it keeps saying its running????

Use Task Manager and click the Processes tab, look for PokerTracker.exe and 'End' it.
