Problem with 8.4 Install on Win 7

Hi

I have completed the install but cant seem to get past the initial login, keeps asking me for password which it accepts, but then I get:

Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3DB
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: FATAL: no PostgreSQL username specified in startup packet.

What am I missing?

It should be asking for a username as well, which you want to use "postgres" for.

Yep, it has the postgres username listed, still not working :(

We haven't done as much testing with PostgreSQL 8.4 yet, have you imported a bunch of hands to this install yet? It doesn't sound like it; if so, try uninstalling 8.4 and installing 8.3 and see if that works properly for you.
