Network based postgresql DB

Hi,
I've successfully tested connecting to postgresql over the network. Can I ask, when postgresql is configured to listen that way does that mean, in principal, that multiple PT3's could connect and update the same database simultaneously? Are the frontend server processes clever enough to handle that?

You should not import to a single database from multiple copies of PT3 at once - this can cause database corruption.
You could set up separate databases to import to from each computer and then use all databases in the HUD on each computer.
