River calls profitable

Postby gretschtastic » Wed Feb 02, 2011 2:49 pm

i have a general question followed by one about creating a custom stat.

my first question. if I total the pots on the river after facing a bet or a raise, and compare it to the total amount i had to call, the amount I win or lose would determine if I am calling too light on the river. right?

If that is the case, is there any way to create a stat that would let me see if I am calling too light on the river?

Could a similar thing be done for flop and turn where the call is not an all-in shove?

I'm afraid I'm not exactly clear on how you're trying to make this math work. Could you give me a concrete example?

It seems to me you could probably just use the simple filters to filter hands under actions -> (street) -> call and then look at the graph and some of the individual hands.
