PAHud Issues

Postby jayomaha » Thu Mar 12, 2009 11:57 am

Hi I just downloaded PAHud and I have been using the trial version just to see how it is b4 i purchase it. I was one tabling 6 max omaha high low on Pokerstars and experienced the following problems:

The stats were incorrect and not aligned properly.
Stats would only show for 2 players maximum, and the rest were blank
My personal stats were not being shown.
The popup menu only worked for the players who had stats shown.

Please tell me the steps i must take after installation for the ingame hud to work properly and how it works in conjunction with PTO. Thank You

What version of PAHUD are you running? If you're not running 1.19.10 you should upgrade to that version.

Are your hands importing successfully in PTv2 while you are playing? PAHUD only works with PTv2 and you must be importing while hands are playing in order for the data to be displayed properly.

Hey thanks for the reply, just verifying, I use PokerTracker2 Holdem in conjunction with PAHud as an in game omaha8 hud? Also when you mean i must be auto importing to that you mean clicking "Start Timer" in PT2?

If you are playing omaha you need PT2:Omaha (not holdem), but that's what kraada means, yes.

Do you have the correct databases selected in Options -> Preferences -> Databases -> Omaha?
Do you see the tables listed in the main PAH window?
Do you have the correct hand history folder configured in Options -> Preferences -> [site]?
What type of table are you playing at?
Check your filters aren't preventing stats being shown: Options -> Preferences -> Filters

If you still can't get it working correctly Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

hey so ive gotten my pahud to work with some issues:
it seems to have a 2-3 hand delay and leaves out that information until about 2 minutes after.
I cant get the timer to update every second, it says the minimum force timer countdown is 1 minute.
Is there any way i can remedy these problems?

PAHud gets it's information from PT2, and PT2 does not import more often than once a minute. Once you have quite a few hands on each player, though, this delay isn't significant as the stats won't change much with each individual hand.
