need some HUD pop up stat help please

[reddev3]

I had to restart my pokertracker from new because i have mcaffe and it was stopping my PT3 from opening and now when i click on the couple of HUD stats i have under a players name nothing happens where as it used to bring up a massive box full of about 30 stats, such as the amount won or lost from that player and how many hands i have logged for that palyer. I desperately would like to know how i can get this function back can anybody help?
