C Bet

Does a C bet only count when the PFR is checked to on the flop? What if I raise UTG and only the button calls... flop comes and I bet... is that a c bet? Also, does the same calculation apply to villians folding to C bets? Thanks!

Yes, your example is a cbet. Now, if you were in LP and UTG called then UTG led out on the flop there would be no continuation bet opportunity. A villian cant fold to a cbet unless if there is one therefore yes the same rule applies.
