I recently had a problem with PaHud. I was asked to enable logging and send a sample of hands for analysis. I did this a few days ago. How do I check the status of my problem?

That's the thing. I never received a ticket. Should I have got one by now?

If you go to the Support System and go through the process you will create a ticket; that's what submitting a problem through our support system does.
Once there is a ticket in the system we will get to it as fast as we can and we will not give up until it is resolved.
We're stubborn like that :)
