problem ultimate bet and PAH PT

I have problems using ultimate bet with my PT and PAH , it works with full tilt and absolute but not with UB . I did all the configuration that prockertracker says on his website .

PokerAceHud recognize the table but didn't show stats from others or sometime only one players but its not refreshing , and i am having problem to import hands in my pokertracker , i am kind of new with poker ace hud and pokertracker

Please look at this documentation and confirm that you have PokerAce HUD set up properly for UB. You do also need to open the Hand History window while playing at UB in order for the hands to be read and imported by PT. Simply open the hand history window and leave it in the background.
