stats not appearing correctly

Ok here is the problem. I have the latest version 1.19.6 beta. i am also using PT2. I have preferred seating on with pokerstars and so i put it the same in PAH. Now the problem is that the stats are all messed up and incorrecly under the wrong players. How can i fix this. Thanks.

If you turn preferred seating off in both do the stats line up in the correct places?
With preferred seating on they will only line up after the first complete hand is played and imported.
Do you have PokerStars installed in English?

That's the first time PAH has the information about your new seat/position - it reads info from the hand history files, so it doens't know before the first one is written.
This is expected behaviour.

What i should say is when preferred seating is on it will work for only one hand and one hand only. Then the stats aren't lined up properly. Any ideas?

So do they move again after that first hand?
Do they go back to the previous arrangement? (i.e. before you were rotated to your preferred seat) Or some other regular positions?

When preferred seating is on the stats stay for a hand. Than on other tables the stats are all out of whack. Stats will appear for player that aren't even seated at the table.

So after that first hand, the table you are sitting at - do the stats stay in the correct places? Is it just the other tables which move round? Do they move by the same number of seats that your preferred seat moved you?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
Tutorial: How to Create a Log File
It sounds like you'll have to have 2 tables open - 1 to play and 1 to observe. Please don't have any more open than necessary to demonstrate the problem, though.
