After reinstalling PT2 and Hud..stats on table not showing

I had to reinstall PT2 and Hud after I had a shortcut error in my programs. Now that I am reinstalled, only players that I have a history with are showing stats on my tables. I am running Vista, and have both programs running as administrators.
I have gone through all of the help menues..cant find my problem. Help!

What site(s) are you playing at?
Are the hands importing correctly into PT2?
Check your filters aren't preventing stats being shown: Options -> Preferences -> Filters
Check that your Options -> Preferences -> Refresh Rates are set correctly with no gaps.

If you still can't get it working, please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

I am playing on Ultimate Bet.
I believe hands are importing correctly...On my auto import screen it says that hand history files are being created when I open tables.
On hud..options..preferences..filters--my settings are 0 2,2 6,7 10 ...... i play 6 max and heads up....couldnt figure out what these numbers should be
on refresh rates..i kept them... 0 100 5, 100 200 10, 200 100000 20 ------ what should these be set to?
