Stats Showing; then disappearing

Postby JasonMcAuley » Fri Oct 24, 2008 4:26 pm

I have been having this problem since I started using PAHud. The problem I am having is that stats will initially show as normal; then over the course of 10-15 minutes; they stop updating for some players (even when I set it to refresh after every hand). Eventually; stats start disappearing completely for some players at the table (that I previously had stats displayed on). Essentially; every 10-15 minutes I have to close PAHud and re-open it to make it work.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks;

What version of PAH are you using?
What site(s) are you playing at?
How many tables do you have open?

Do you use the cache in PAH? If not, you should try it, this will speed things up a lot, especially if you have a lot of, or very large, databases.
Options -> Preferences -> Databases.
Please note when you first build the cache it can take a long time, so run it overnight or something.
(If you are using postgres 8.3 databases, the cache won't work.)

I haven been playing at pokerstars playing anywhere between 1-4 tables. Im using version 1.18. I tried the caching suggestion you made, and it didn't really help my issue.

You will need to update to the latest PAH version 1.19.8.
