Problems with HUD and Ongame

Postby majorcrisp » Sun Nov 23, 2008 4:27 pm

Hi support.
I'm having problems with HUD on the Ongame network.
HUD is not recognising any tables.

I'm running windows XP SP3.

PokerTracker2 (version 2.17.02) is importing hands ok and as i'm playing the 5 max tables all hands are being treated that way.

HUD is at version 1.18 with no filters set. In the database files section of HUD the end of the file reads 'User********Statistics.db' rather than reading my actual username as described in your online tutorials. Is that a problem?

On a side note, and this may be part of the problem, the layout manager of HUD will only allow a table type of '10 max'

Please update to the latest PAH version 1.19.8 and if you still have the problem, post back.

I have updated HUD, and the HUD recognises my tables, but it will not show me the option to treat the tables as 5 max on the main screen (the option will not even appear when I right click the required area) and will not let me change the setting to 5 max in the layout manager.

As I understand it, OnGame 5-max tables use the full 10 seat tables so you will only have one layout for the full tables, and the stats will be shown for the seats which are in use.
