newbie query

i have poker hud, and have downloaded poker tracker v 2 not 3, and gone through the filters and preferences as the site says...

it is working, to a degree, i have vp n/a, pfr n/a and pot, small black bottom right, and it shows the hands folded so i dont have to go through hand history to see mucked hands,

but nothing else is coming up at all, none of the various other features,

is it my firewall or...?

Please keep PAHud issues in the PAHud section - I'll move this post.

What site(s) are you playing at?
Are the hands importing correctly into PT2?
Do you have the correct databases selected in Options -> Preferences -> Databases -> Holdem?
What type of table are you playing at?
Check your filters aren't preventing stats being shown: Options -> Preferences -> Filters

If you still can't get it working, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
