When I clicked on the shortcut like I normally do it says that it cant find the file and to browse for file to open. When I look in program files for the file it is missing the .exe file. How do I get it working again?

Re-run the installer and that should fix it.

I'm sure this is related to antivirus programs all of a sudden thinking PAHud is a Trojan....

OK, then you will have to follow the suggestions we made to the other people with the same problem - I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about your AV software..
