registration code lost?

i am running vista, and i am having trouble with the opponents stats appearing. also my stats and the tables stats wont refresh. i have everything configured the right way. then i saw that for vista you must opperate the program as a administrator, but i did not no this at the time of registration. now when i run the program as an administrator it says the software is still unregistered. how can i make the program run registered while under an administrator and is the administrator thing the reason why stats wouldnt show up on tilt?
