Not importing observed hands wih PT2

I have 18 tables open on FTP
and i'm only getting one hand history imported :S It was working last week. whats up

Are you using Vista? If so, read this FAQ

If not, open the FTP auto-import window, click the Enable Logging box. Start the timer.
Open one table to observe.
After 5 minutes, click the View Log link and copy/paste the text of the log file into a reply.

It's loading a number of hands from the TMP files which are where the observed hands get written.

I see you are pointing to the C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\Acidrain77 but you need to click the Hand History Folder Location button and point it to the just C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory instead of the one with your name in it.

I have a similar problem importing observed tournament hands from Full Tilt.
PT2 imports all hands from opened tables till blinds grow over 30k/60k.
Then PT refuses importing hands with the message “Unable to get the blind structure (2) for tournament game # 7568861821.”

I can´t post any hand history text from these hands. PT refused importing and the harddisk is nothing stored, cause it was a tmp file.

You need to use the option on the auto-import window to move the processed files to another folder. Then close PT before you close the FT table window so the .tmp file gets moved to the processed folder so you can find it. I need the text of the hands that give the errors.
