Why cant i get HUD to work with PT 2?

I have recently bought poker tracker 3 where i thought i got poker tracker 2. although my poker tracker 2 is yet to be verified for some reason.
but that is getting looked into. I am currently using pt 2 the trail version, ive linked it up to my hud via HH's and a new file to send the hh's too on the pokerace hud. But im getting no stats at all on my screen? any reason for this?

all i get is:

Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 1 file(s) read - 5 new hand(s) were imported.

what does this mean?

any help would be great.

What site is this for? PokerStars? If so, get this patch:

If it is for PokerStars, why are you using PT2 for this site? PT3 supports PokerStars already.
