Huge .mdb files

I converted to PostgreSQL long time ago, and was just running a check for large files on my computer.

I then found:

ptrack.mdb
ptrack_backup.mdb
hhcopy.mdb
hhdb.mdb

I assume all of these are access DB files and therefore some files that I can delete when everything should be in my PostgreSQL databases. Is this correct, and can I just delete them then?

You can't delete the hhdb.mdb file but the rest you can.
