Hands not being saved properly

Hi Pat,I just noticed that when i go to my hand history folder i have a lot of .tmp file in there. i also have file in my Screen name folder. I just talked to a freind of mine who has PT also and he doesnt have any of these .tmp files. What configurations do i have to change to fix this???

Are you playing at Full Tilt? If so, the .tmp files are the files that store observed hands while your own hands are saved as .txt files in another folder.

Yes, Im playing on full tilt. so what do i do with all the .tmp files. Do I have to just keep deleting them??

They should be deleted by FTP when you close an observed table, but this doesn't always seem to work.
Once you are happy that the hands have been imported, you can delete any files that get left there, or move them to your 'processed' folder if you want to keep them as a backup (but since they are only observed hands, they're probably not that important to you..).
