PT2 not getting PS hand histories

So I have recorded pokerstars hand histories before, and the settings should be right :(instant hand histories/poker tracker hand history folder same location).
When I open up and observe a table, it just says "No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import."
as I am watching a table.

Whats the problem?

Are you using Vista?
Have you checked the folder where you told PT to look for the hands? Are there even any recent files in that folder?

F:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\
is where both PT/pokerstars are set to save hands, but I also have F:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\name
, but neither of them have any hand histories in them. No, im using XP PRO

If there are no files there then there is nothing for PT to import. Make sure you have Stars setup to save the files to the hard drive as detailed in the help file for the PokerStars auto-import window in PT. If it's already setup this way then you need to contact PokerStars to see why their software isn't saving the files.

You must be seated at a table and dealt into the hand for Stars to save a hand history to disk so that PT can import it.

This is because Stars prohibits datamining.
