I did a mistake while downloading the patch I instead download the full version and install it Over my current version...
D I have a solution to get my version and my DB back or is it impossible???

The patch doesn't touch your database files. If you are no longer registered send me an email with your new product ID from the Help/About Poker Tracker window.
