Prima HH error

Postby dangerfish » Mon Apr 28, 2008 8:18 pm

I have been running PT successfully for a few weeks and today I am getting an error when retreiving HH's

this is the message from Utilities Error getting the player betting (turn) information for ** Dealing the turn: 2 of for game #1976993321.

Any advice appreciated.

These type of errors happen when the hands are not formatted correctly. If you notice, it's missing the suit of the card being dealt.

Are you getting this error with every single hand...or is it just this one game # that is having the error?

Yes when I import new hands it is coming up with errors every time. My HUD has also stopped working all beginning yesterday. Any ideas for fixing this? Thanks.

On the Prima auto-import window, click the Configure Database Files button. On the next window, make a note of the folder location of the GameHistory.dat file that you are pointing PT to read from.

Close PT and the poker site. Go to this folder and rename the GameHistory.dat file to GameHistory_bad.dat. Then open the poker site software and play another hand. They should create a new GameHistory.dat file for you to continue to import from. Open PT and and the Prima auto-import window and you should be able to start importing again.
